This Australian topaz is very bright with excellent beauty due to professional cutting techniques, faceted in a modified emerald cut and the colour is pure white, which camera has difficulty showing as the gem picks up its surrounding colours to reflect, rectangular shape. The cut corners  look great when the gold prong point  is sitting bent  against it to hold firm
